Stuart - Director of True Support Services

Stuart

Director

Stuart brings over 20 years of experience in human services, with a strong background in child protection and homelessness. With a tertiary qualification in youth work and a wealth of lived and professional experience, Stuart leads True Support with passion, insight, and a deep commitment to making a difference.

Outside of work, you’ll find Stu coaching and running for the Tea Tree Gully Football Club’s inclusive league team , shredding on his guitar, or squeezing in a CrossFit session. He’s proudly married to Clare and is a dad to two amazing daughters and their 2 dogs, Ned and June-Bug.

Danielle brings a rare mix of big-picture thinking and down-to-the-detail precision to True Support.
With more than a decade in customer-centric roles—including coordinating in-home care for older Australians—and the hands-on experience of building and running her own hospitality business, she understands what it takes to keep people, processes, and dollars all moving in the right direction.

Her greatest teachers, however, are at home: husband Conrad and their four children. Parenting a daughter with an intellectual disability has given Danielle a deep, personal insight into the NDIS landscape and a heart for families navigating support services. This lived experience shapes the empathy and calm professionalism she brings to every task, from rostering mentors in ShiftCare to assembling audit evidence for our next NDIS registration.

Away from spreadsheets you’ll find Danielle absorbed in a novel, headphones on, or hunting down live music with friends—proof that you don’t need musical talent to love a great tune.
